Pricing FAQ
Questions before you pick a plan.
What happens when my team grows past my plan's limit?
Nothing breaks straight away. The app prompts admins to upgrade and gives you a 14-day grace period to either move to the next tier or bring the team back under the limit. Invites keep working during the grace period. Only after it expires does the workspace pause, and your data is never deleted.
What about the 14-day trial?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day trial. We ask for a card up front so billing can start smoothly when the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial from your account settings and you will not be charged; your account drops to Free and you keep your data. The Free plan never needs a card.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from billing settings. Annual plans prorate on upgrade.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months on every paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or schools?

Is there a free plan forever?
Yes. The Free plan stays free for teams of 10 or fewer, with no time limit and no credit card. This is our Early Bird plan and we are keeping it open to new teams until 30 September 2026 — sign up before then and your team keeps it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans stop billing immediately; annual plans run to the end of the term.
